Description:
In the tradition of found-footage I collect boxes of the retail sector during my residencies on various continents. I cut out human shapes by using the logos and pictogramms the imprint provides for the composition of the figures and so transform them into a new narrative. The figures vary in hight from 15 to 40 cm. Between 2011 and 2017 serveral hundreds of these cardboard-figures originated; in clusters they are pinned to the wall in site specific installations.
